Nicole Perkins has several years of environmental consulting experience with a bachelor’s degree in Earth and Environmental Science from Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey. Nicole has worked on various environmental and geotechnical projects in New Jersey including, but not limited to, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESAs), and Preliminary Assessments (PAs), including reviewing project history, coordinating site inspections, identifying Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) and Areas of Concern (AOCs), respectively, serving as a primary investigator and primary point of contact for client relations, and preparing Phase I ESA and PA reports. She has completed numerous Phase I ESAs, PAs, and assisted with Phase II Site Investigations (Phase II SIs), as well as Geotechnical Investigations (GIs) for various sites. She has also prepared Response Action Outcomes (RAOs) and has assisted in preparation of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) remedial phase reports and forms including Site Investigation (SI), Remedial Investigation (RI), and Remedial Action (RA) projects for New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs). She has also previously assisted in civil engineering activities for various sites. She ensures accuracy, consistency, and produces high-quality work products.
