Quintin Brown, a seasoned restructuring expert, advises stakeholders in scaling and distressed businesses. He engages with economic stakeholders to address concerns, build consensus, and drive initiatives for growth, turnaround, and restructuring. His collaborative leadership style allows him to partner with executive teams and quickly bring order to chaotic situations. Quintin leads CRO/CRA, interim management, and financial advisory engagements through bankruptcy, out-of-court restructurings, receivership, ABCs, and litigation.
As part of J.S. Held’s Strategic Advisory Group, Quintin’s expertise spans bankruptcy, leadership, operational value creation, sell-side M&A, expert witness testimony, forensic accounting, auditing, and taxation for middle-market businesses across various industries, including agriculture, automotive, biotechnology, construction, consumer products, distribution, food & beverage, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, real estate, restaurants & QSR, retail, and technology.
Prior to rejoining Stapleton Group, a part of J.S. Held in 2025, Quintin was a restructuring director at Paladin Management Group. He began his career as an auditor at Considine & Considine. He has also held board positions with not-for-profit organizations.
Quintin received an accounting degree from the University of San Diego, where he played Division I college football.
