Summary of Experience:

Randy is a licensed Professional Geologist in the State of New York holding a Master of Science degree in geology with relevant coursework in Hazardous Waste Management, Environmental Organic Geochemistry and Environmental Geophysics and is a seasoned project manager, trained in the fundamentals of the Project Life Cycle in general conformance with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide.

With 20 years of industry experience, Randy has strong technical experience remediating soil and/or groundwater impacted with petroleum, chlorinated solvents, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), heavy metals, including hexavalent chromium, and per and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) at commercial and industrial facilities. Randy has authored several complex Remedial Investigation Reports for facilities with over 100 Areas of Concern and multiple media of concern (soil, groundwater and vapor intrusion). He is a due diligence expert with a solid understanding of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) regulations, with extensive experience leading Phase I & Phase II assessments including performing multi-site portfolios for major acquisitions of facilities in multiple locales. Randy has experience with successfully obtaining No Further Action case closures from regulators in New Jersey, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Randy is experienced with directing the day-by-day operations for several technically challenging multi-million-dollar remediation projects pursuant to New Jersey’s Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) and has assisted Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) with their case oversight obligations pursuant to applicable New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) regulations.
