Randy has more than 20 years of experience working as a scheduling and claims consultant in the construction industry. Starting his career with muddy boots on the ground working as an onsite scheduler he later expanded these skills across North America, South America, and Asia. He later moved into construction claims having been fortunate in his career to have worked on the granddaddy of all public projects, Boston’s “Big Dig.” Randy assists attorneys and their clients specializing in analyzing schedule delay & acceleration, loss of productivity and damages quantification. He has prepared reports used in claims management negotiations, mediations, and provided expert testimony.
His experience includes projects of various types and sizes, including condominiums, schools & universities, water & wastewater treatment facilities, steel mills, roads, bridges, stadiums, manufacturing facilities, commercial buildings, federal buildings, and more. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in technology Construction Management degree from Bowling Green State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Randy is involved in multiple professional organizations including the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE), the Project Management Institute (PMI), the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Forum on the Construction Industry, and the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). He was the Founder & Co-Chairperson to the P6 User Group and on AACE’s Southwestern Ohio Chapter Executive Board.
