Dr. Khosravi is an expert in civil/structural engineering capable of performing structural assessments of residential, commercial, and industrial construction claims/litigation matters, standard of care assessments, and root cause analysis. After receiving a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering in 2006, he earned his M.Sc. in Structural Engineering and Ph.D. degrees in Seismic/Structural Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in Ontario, Canada, with experience in forensic investigation, analysis, and design of industrial, residential, and commercial construction projects. Also, he is experienced in the assessment and failure analysis of retaining walls, foundations, and underground structures.

As a forensic expert, he can provide consultation to insurers, legal firms, contractors, manufacturers, owners, corporations in relation to complex civil engineering litigations and claims related to property damage and failure of building/structures, design/build issues, material failures, foundation issues, professional liability, and engineering error and omission. His forensic engineering experience includes failure analysis of various buildings, structural components, and foundation systems resulting from fire, flood, impact, natural disasters, or vibration. He will represent contractors, consulting firms, builders, owners, and engineers in relation to cases involving professional negligence, code compliance, design error, and construction disputes.
