He has an extensive background in providing buy-side M&A financial due diligence, forecast & commercial analysis, and accounting services. Santino uses this experience to provide restructuring and turnaround services through financial and operational analysis.
Prior to joining MorrisAnderson, Santino was a Specialist at Accenture, LLP, where he performed thorough buy-side financial due diligence for the Accenture Corporate Development team and contributed to final sales purchase agreement negotiations. Santino primarily focused on due diligence for acquisitions within the capital projects, robotics, and IT consulting space. Prior to his role at Accenture, Santino was a Tax Senior at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he focused on financial services clients, specifically banks and broker-dealers.
Santino holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business.
