Dr. Beckman provides subject matter expertise on complex CERCLA, USDOD, and USDOE sites, offering scientific advice and testimony on allocation, regulatory compliance, cleanup technologies, cost analysis, natural resource damages, and ecological and human health risk. He is highly knowledgeable in CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Water Act, and National Contingency Plan compliance, including hazardous ranking for National Priorities List sites.
Dr. Beckman has testified in remedial technology and construction cases and served as the primary allocation expert for a PRP at the Berry’s Creek Superfund Site in New Jersey. His work also includes expert data analysis for large sediment sites with PCBs, mercury, and methylmercury, as well as projects involving historical industrial operations, wetlands, and standards of care.
