Stephen Osuhor has over 30 years of experience across the construction and engineering sectors, having worked throughout the UK, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He has been appointed as a Quantum Expert in arbitrations conducted under various rules and has provided written and oral expert evidence, including testimony under cross-examination and expert conferencing with opposing experts.
Stephen's experience includes the preparation, assessment, and defense of claims involving variations, prolongation and disruption costs, disputed payments, final accounts, and counterclaims. He has also performed independent third-party expert determinations and provided commercial management, contract administration, and arbitration support services. His work spans infrastructure, building (residential, commercial, hospitality, and healthcare), aviation, and oil and gas projects, and includes experience with FIDIC, NEC, JCT, and bespoke forms of contract.
