Troy Bradley is a Certified Professional Electrical Estimator (CPE)/ Consultant. He has estimated and consulted on property losses due to fire, wind, flood, lightning, and theft which include industrial, commercial, and residential construction properties. Troy is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in electrical cost estimating, automated manufacturing process/packaging equipment, LV control systems, building M.E.P. systems and specialty cost development. His comprehensive experience includes insurance claims analysis, property loss assessments, bid/invoice evaluations, and detailed electrical estimates for associated clients. Troy has developed electrical estimates for property damage associated with catastrophic storms such as Hurricane Katrina, Gustav, Ike, and Sandy.

Troy has more than 25 years of experience in the electrical construction and industrial manufacturing industries. As a Building Systems M.E.P. Specialist, he developed cost and managed the installations and repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building equipment/systems. In addition, he was the Facility Safety Manager for which he ensured the compliance with various regulatory agencies/codes such as OSHA, NEC, NFPA, GMP, EPA, HAZMAT, and FAA.

As a Field Engineer, Troy was directly involved in the construction and renovations of fully automated agricultural greenhouse production facilities. He developed cost, purchased materials/equipment, initiated/monitored domestic and international cargo shipments via land, railway, sea and /or air travel. Troy managed construction crews, installed mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems/equipment. Also, he was a technical consultant to clients within the agricultural industry.

Troy has completed business unit leadership and teambuilding programs such as Noncommissioned Officers Preparatory and Team Trek which has granted him the ability to build, motivate, and manage teams.

Troy’s core knowledge base of electrical control systems and equipment specialties were developed by training and experience in the United States Air Force, for which he received an Honorable Discharge. He continued to develop his knowledge base via working directly with other cost estimators, engineers, electricians, and adjusters on various industrial, commercial, and residential construction projects. He continues to involve himself in education/training programs and workshops provided by equipment manufacturers and membership organizations to ensure project completion and success.
