She began her career at Sequel (a Verisk Analytics company), working across the design, analysis, and adoption of claims and underwriting systems for specialty insurers.
At J.S. Held, Una leads product launch, adoption, and evolution, and serves as a subject matter expert in product strategy, client engagement, and delivery.
Una holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor of Business from Atlantic Technological University, Galway–Mayo, Ireland.
