Vrinda Thakore is a Consultant at J.S. Held’s Global Investigations practice in South Asia and is based in Mumbai. Vrinda has experience in fraud and corporate investigations, due diligence, business intelligence, data analysis, and process reviews across various sectors.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Vrinda was associated with Indian CA firms, where her primary focus was fraud and corporate investigations, matters involving whistle-blower complaints, and process reviews across various sectors. She was a member of the team undertaking anti-bribery, fraud, and corporate investigations across India and Sri Lanka. She has also managed forensic audits and investigations. She has widely worked in the hospitality industry and conducted various internal audits.
She is pursuing a Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
Vrinda with experience in fraud investigations will work across practices at J.S Held. She works for developing and implementing consulting projects across the entire spectrum of forensic accounting, ranging from fraud investigations, fraud prevention programs, process reviews, and supporting damage calculations in large disputes, among others.
