The Situation

A Long Term Care Provider operating over 300 facilities on a national basis with net revenues of $800M annually.

A management and operating appraisal was requested from the Chapter 11 bankruptcy court, under which the Phoenix personnel acted as a special examiner to render a detailed report.

How We Advised

A thorough review of the company's operations was conducted, and a report was issued outlining the objectives of the examination. The company received the report in a positive fashion and would later emerge from bankruptcy in a highly successful long-term corporate restructuring.
