Since 2008, environmental consultants have represented a manufacturing company on all environmental issues pertaining to a cascade facility in St. Louis.

How We Advised

J.S. Held’s environmental consultants were directly responsible for demolishing twenty-six buildings on the St. Louis site. Work included asbestos abatement, lead-based paint, RCRA-regulated hazardous materials, and demolition. In addition, the environmental consultants have been responsible for renovating the remaining buildings on the St. Louis site.
