J.S. Held assisted with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Jurisdictional Determination & Section 404 permitting for a golf course redevelopment involving wetlands. The team conducted a wetland delineation with a land surveyor to define the extent of disturbed hydrology. J.S. Held worked with architects on a design that minimized wetland impacts, though maintained desired “playability". Mitigation credits were secured for the unavoidable impacts to wetland habitat.
