J.S. Held was retained by the owner's carrier to work with retained experts and pollution carrier's experts to inspect interior water intrusion to the building envelope of a newly constructed property.
Expert inspections revealed possible construction defects of the building envelop and facade. We worked with other experts to identify agreed scope of repairs for development of Bid Documents.
In addition, J.S. Held worked with both the Property Damage Carrier and Pollution Carrier's team to identify scopes of work and associated values applicable to each Underwriter.
