A major Wall Street Investment Bank was the warehouse lender to several distressed leasing companies. The Investment Bank repossessed its collateral and found itself managing the wind-down of more than $400 million of leases from four separate leasing companies with a portfolio of leases that were severely underperforming.
Rather than adding internal staff to manage this portfolio and oversee the leasing servicing Company, the investment bank turned to our experts. We were able to place staff on-site at the investment bank for a two-year period to oversee and work out the defaulted leases.
