Held’s initial site inspection involved moisture mapping with an emergency general contractor, discussing next steps, photographing, recording, and finishing details and scope of work for demolition and repairs. Our team engaged and consulted with the architect, developed a repair bid document to send out to the tender, developed a bid review and recommendation report, and audited emergency repairs and performed cost reconciliation of the insured’s costs.
