Alex has interpreted and applied building code requirements to residential structures as they relate to extent of damage, scope of work and overall repairability. For more litigious matters, Alex is competent with data reconnaissance and the documentation of deconstructive testing as they pertain to construction defect lawsuits.

In the past, Alex Raposa has monitored subsurface remediation projects to correct post-construction displacement including compaction and void-fill grouting along with shallow soil stabilization with chemical (polymer) grouting. He also has experience in field sampling and testing of concrete per ASTM and ACI specifications.
