Allen Brody has spent the last three decades helping others in times of need. As a 1st responder, he has the knowledge and clear understanding of preparing scopes, estimating, project managing and overseeing residential, commercial and industrial response and recovery services, restoration and construction. Allen’s extensive experience in local and national reclamation efforts include water damage, fire damage, document recovery, natural disasters, trauma scene, environmental and microbial remediation. Over the course of his tenure, he’s accumulated multiple industry certifications. Allen was trained in Xactimate in 1991, certified in the early 1990’s in multiple IICRC disciplines and as a Thermographer through Flir in 2005.
Allen has also been involved in contingency and continuity planning with clients in various verticals markets including Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, R&D, Education, Multi-Family, Commercial, Industrial and Residential. The dynamics of involvement with multiple markets and subsequent unique losses has clearly demonstrated his ability to make critical decisions under extreme conditions.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Allen was the U.S. Regional Northwest Director for a major Global Disaster Recovery Company. Allen determined methodology and provided detailed project scopes, assessments, estimates, burn rates, equipment, labor, mobilization, oversight and reporting for all vertical markets within the region as well as contingency and continuity planning.
