Admitted to State of Ohio Bar since 1994, he is an active member of the ABA's Forum on the Construction Industry. He has been an adjunct professor at University of Cincinnati in Construction Science Department instructing “Project Costing and Cost Control” and “Construction Finance”. He has spoken and provided training on many topics regarding construction scheduling, cost, claims analysis, and project management, as well as having published numerous articles regarding construction contracts, risk management, and strategic planning for contractors.
