Andrew G. Hennemuth has been a construction professional for over 17 years and has extensive experience with project management, general contracting, and construction consulting. Andrew has consulted on a variety of complex projects throughout the United States and Canada with a concentration on construction scheduling, cost evaluation, and project planning.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, Andrew was a Senior Construction Manager for JBG where he was responsible for preconstruction, contract negotiation, on-site management, change order/claims negotiation and resolution, and schedule and budget management. In addition, Andrew’s previous body of work includes project management for two of the DC area’s top general contractors. Andrew is directly responsible for construction in excess of $250 million dollars throughout his career.
Andrew’s background demonstrates a field-tested, hands on knowledge of construction. With J.S. Held, Andrew has consulted on multiple large complex builder’s risk projects, physical damage claims, and construction defect claims including World Trade Center 1 damage following Hurricane Sandy; Opry Mills Mall in Nashville, TN; 900 Biscayne Bay in Miami, FL; Trump Tower in Toronto; Catholic University in Washington, DC following the 2011 earthquake as well numerous other buildings.
