Arturo has 26 years of experience in claims, in different types of constructions such as, housing, industry, education and commercial, affected by hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, fires and water leaks.
Arturo has great experience in the detailed, physical, and photographic damage of surveys, the making of initial repair budgets, and elaborating parametric appraisals. He has provided support that allows adjusters to recommend the economic reserve for each case. For the reconciliation process with the insured and his advisors, Arturo carried out strategies for the assessment of differences and achieved successful results.
Since 1992, Arturo has participated in numerous catastrophic events. Some include, the explosion of Guadalajara, state of Jalisco, Mexico in 1998, Hurricane Mitch in Honduras and Guatemala in 2002, Hurricane Kena in Puerto Vallarta, state of Jalisco, Mexico in 2003, Hurricane Wilma, Cancun, state of Quintana Roo, Mexico in 2010, the earthquakes in the state of Colima, Mexico in 2005 , Santiago de Chile, Chile in 2012, Costa Rica in 2016, Manta Ecuador in 2017, and Greater Mexico City, Mexico in 2017.
