Chad LeBlanc has over 20 years of environmental consulting experience focusing on complex environmental regulatory compliance issues related to the Protection of Human Health, Impacted Lands/Waterways, Property Damage, and Mineral Rights Court Claims.
Chad has provided consulting services for an array of business sectors ranging from the Oil & Gas upstream and downstream sectors to U.S. Armed Force Bases to metropolitan municipalities and private landfills. Chad has extensive experience negotiating with federal and state environmental regulators, interfacing with clients, and providing expeditious support in lieu of time-sensitive property transfers.
As a licensed Professional Geoscientist (PG) and Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Chad provided oversight on a multitude of industrial and commercial construction projects, performed large complex Site Assessments related to impacted soil and groundwater, designed soil and groundwater cleanup and remediation projects, procured regulatory compliance permits, and provided expert support in class action and lawsuit litigations. His technical support extends to Peer Review of various third-party consultant reports related to Groundwater Fate and Transport Models, Plume Delineation Reports, and Environmental Impact Statements. Most notably, he was selected by legal counsel to oversee third-party consultants involved in Louisiana Oil Field Legacy Lawsuit cases.
In addition to being a licensed PG, he has supervised industrial site personnel in accordance with regulations set-forth by Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) to achieve health and workplace safety. He acted as the OSHA Site Officer/Liaison Officer over various industrial and commercial field construction projects.
