David Carr has over a decade of varied construction management, claims, and consulting experience, with an emphasis on client services. His responsibilities include project monitoring and tracking lost time; forecasting time to complete individual project scopes; analyzing contractor’s daily reports and comparing values verse monthly pay requisitions; inspection of defective work; contract administration; and management of construction completion work.
David’s projects have included new construction, rehabilitation, government research facilities, public transit, secure office space, schools/universities, high-rise buildings, hotels, health-care/hospital facilities; building renovation projects; and interior fit-out projects.
Prior to joining J.S. Held, David was a project manager for a General Contractor. His responsibilities included scheduling, estimating, managing, and closing out a diverse set of design build projects from estimate to closeout.
