Erin Fallon has over fifteen years of experience working as a claims consultant in the construction industry. She provides risk management, construction claim consulting and dispute resolution services on behalf of owners, EPC contractors, general contractors, specialty contractors, design professionals and attorneys.
Erin’s experience includes providing consulting services on a wide range of projects that span multiple industry sectors, including power generation (conventional and alternative energy), oil refinery and transportation, manufacturing, bridge, wastewater, school, sport complex, hi-rise and building construction. She has provided construction consulting services on projects ranging from millions to billions of dollars in value. She has analyzed schedule delays and cost damages and has assisted in resolving disputes on projects involving lump sum, GMP, and cost-reimbursable contracts.
Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Certified Cost Engineer (CCE) and a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP). Erin is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International and a board member of the organization’s Pittsburgh chapter. She has actively participated in numerous professional organizations, including the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry and the National Association of Women in Construction.
