Graham Klein has over four years of experience working as a claims consultant in the construction industry. He provides risk management, construction claim consulting, scheduling consulting, and dispute resolution services on behalf of owners, general contractors, specialty contractors, design professionals and attorneys.
Graham’s experience includes providing consulting services on a wide range of projects that span multiple industry sectors including: high-rise, multi-level office space, sport complex, wastewater, single family and multifamily residential, senior living, school/university, manufacturing, oil refinery, power generation, government facilities, and building construction. He has provided construction consulting services on projects ranging from millions to billions of dollars in value. He has analyzed schedule delays and cost damages and has assisted in resolving disputes involving lump sum, GMP, and cost-reimbursable contracts. He has also provided scheduling consulting services on multi-million-dollar projects by providing timely Baseline schedule, monthly schedule updates, and other schedule revisions.
Graham holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Cincinnati. Graham is a member of American Institute of Construction. He has actively participated in organizations, including the American Bar Association.
