Jim Robertson has worked in the residential, commercial and public works construction industry for more than 40 years, with heavy specialization in framing and structural understanding. Jim started as a carpenter by trade and worked his way up to foreman, superintendent and estimator. Jim has been in charge of projects that range from residential, commercial to classified projects at Edwards Air Force Base. With his experience, he has actually supervised projects for the insured and carrier which included soliciting proposals and working with the subcontractors on all trades.
Jim has been a building consultant for 15 years. His responsibilities include providing damage evaluation, scheduling information and estimating value of loss. Jim has consulted in large loss projects, including but not limited to City and County municipalities, schools as well as multi-building or multi-property claims from various catastrophic events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, major hail and wind storms throughout the U.S.
