Jason M. Eberle has more than 30 years of experience in the construction fields, starting with his time in the US Navy Construction Battalion (Seabees). He has an extensive knowledge of the restoration of projects damaged by fire, water, earthquake, wind, biological and hazardous waste, vandalism, and motor vehicles throughout the East & West coasts. Jason has been involved with hundreds of recovery efforts ranging from small to large claims.
Jason has a diverse background in construction ranging from civil/site work to construction defect with a concentration in the restoration sector of the business. Prior to his time at J.S. Held, Jason held the role of Senior Project Manager with various general contractor firms, giving him the experience to know and understand sitework, structures, building systems, and finishes in residential and commercial buildings. Jason’s work in the insurance restoration industry also provided the opportunity to work on hotels, multi-unit residential, and commercial buildings with claim adjusters, subcontractors, property managers, public adjusters, home owner associations and property owners. His experience includes controlling costs on various sizes of recovery projects, job-site monitoring, project schedules, project budgets, and working with other consultants to provide project controls.
