Jessica assists with AIA Contracts, data compilation, and necessary document management when needed. She reviews, organizes, and archives all documents (electronic and paper) related to claims. She converts paper documents to electronic images and ensures clarity, helps in administering all document management system archiving, due diligence coordination, and document retention. Jessica also helps to determine the matter and role of documents, and organizes, retains and/or converts paper documents and utilizes the electronic document management system for archiving documents and project related emails, in a logical and consistent manner.
Jessica provides email and document information to the claims department and others as needed. She provides requested documents and reports to business partners as requested by managers, serves as primary contact to send/receive documents stored off-site, actively participates in discussions and/or meetings concerning team processes.
Jessica has strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers at all levels in a clear, accurate, focused, and concise manner. She has a background in the Legal field, focusing on Commercial and Residential Real Estate.
Jessica also holds a Masters in Public Administration from Walden University.
