John started his career with a General Contracting firm located in Richmond, Virginia. He progressed as a construction manager on multi-family projects across the Mid-Atlantic Region. He managed all phases of commercial construction from buyout to final occupancy, coordinating with architects, engineers and owners. Responsibilities included scheduling, managing subcontractors, material procurement, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
