Jonathan D. Perry is a project controls expert specializing in project scheduling, delay, disruption, and lost productivity analyses for construction matters. Jon’s experience includes the analysis of a range of energy, transportation, industrial, hotel/condominium and various commercial projects both domestically and internationally. Jon has performed evaluations on several multi-billion dollar projects, and has analyzed numerous construction claims valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. He has performed large-scale program management services for evaluating insurance losses in the wakes of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Ike. He has also been recognized as a Planning and Scheduling Professional, an Earned Value Professional, and a Certified Cost Professional by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering.
Jon has extensive experience evaluating plans and schedules for distressed construction projects, and has provided advisory assistance to owners and contractors regarding best practices for preparing and successfully executing project recovery schedules.
Jon also has experience in leveraging information technology to quickly and productively analyze complex construction disputes. This experience includes the management of large-scale electronic discovery with a focus on the rapid extraction and dissemination of the information most valuable to the evaluation and ultimate resolution of construction claims.
