Joseph Pavone’s consulting experience includes residential homes, schools, hotels, condos and commercial losses. As a foreman for the Philadelphia Local Carpenters Union, he oversaw several trades and managed the work force in order to complete daily and long term goals. While working in the Carpenters Union, Joe also coordinated several building trades.
After completing his carpenter education, Joe joined a local engineering firm where he developed design drawings for sprinkler systems and hydraulic calculations. He designed fire suppression systems for shopping centers and commercial buildings, including the fire suppression systems in the Hospital of The University Of Penn (HUP).
From there Joe branched back into the residential building world. He ran his own company where he was responsible for marketing, advertising, hands-on construction, daily expenses and book keeping. He designed custom homes, additions, kitchens and bathrooms for his clients on a daily basis. Joe also has a strong background in mitigation and the reconstruction process. Joe assisted in the daily responsibilities of signing clients, scheduling work and completing both water and fire mitigation.
Ultimately, Joe’s hands-on experience and his in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of the building trades allows him to feel comfortable in the most stressful of situations in the construction world.
