Justin Ayars has had seven years experience working to restore damages from catastrophic weather events. Justin began his career working with roofing and an emphasis on metal roofing material. After several record breaking hail seasons, he branched out in to water, fire and flood restoration and rebuilding single family residences, multi-family residences, and occasionally commercial lease spaces or office environments. From record breaking softball sized hail that affected Grand Prairie and the majority of North Texas, the devastating 2013 tornadoes which affected Norman and Moore Oklahoma, Hurricane Matthew 2016, and Hurricane Harvey 2017, Justin has been working, growing, and expanding his ability to record, document, and evaluate the damages and appropriate repairs necessary for these types of events. Over the past five years, Justin has incorporated aerial drone photography, LIDAR laser measuring, and three dimensional virtual modeling to attain the highest degree of detail to his projects.
Justin is a veteran of the United States Navy Submarine Service. He was responsible for the safety of the ship and its crew. Justin has rigorous technical and academic training, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence all continue to aid his professional development.
