Morgan B. Cassuto is a construction professional specializing in construction schedule delay and cost validating analysis. He has extensive experience in cost controls as both a construction manager and construction consultant. He often consults on large loss builders risk claims and has the skills necessary to provide construction advisory services to owners, developers, and insurers. Morgan brings a diverse skillset to J.S. Held with experience in Heavy Industrial Construction. He has successfully managed projects in the industrial sector of power, mining, water, and wastewater treatment, as well as high rise commercial structures.
Prior to J.S. Held, Morgan held the position of Field Operations Manager for a commercial construction company specializing in core and shell structures. He also held many positions in his professional advancement with Sundt Construction. This included field engineer, project engineer, construction manager, and project manager. Morgan was part of an internal task force team on cost and schedule controls with the intent to create uniform best practices.
On many projects Morgan was the focal point of generating the CPM schedule including being the primary source of information in developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activities and ,resource loading. He is proficient in stacking trades and analyzing scopes to ensure an accurate critical path and mile stone schedule for high level tracking.
Morgan obtained a bachelor’s degree from the College of Engineering and Natural Science at Northern Arizona University in Construction Management/Engineering with an emphasis in design. He also graduated with a minor in business finance. Morgan has participated in professional organizations such as the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) as well as obtained the Associate Constructor Level 1 Certification from the American Institute on Constructors (AIC).
