Natasha Lund has worked in the construction industry for more than 17 years. During Natasha’s tenure with J.S. Held, she has been involved with numerous multimillion dollar projects varying in cause and conditions throughout the United States and the Caribbean, with extensive experience in the NYC/metro area and Arizona.
Her inspections of damaged buildings and structures, determination of means, methods and cost of repair, estimates, and project monitoring includes residential, commercial, and industrial structures with various uses and occupancies. Damages have been related to Hurricane Francis, Charlie, Ivan, Jeanne, Wilma, Katrina, 9-11 terrorist attack, fires, flood, water, mold, explosions, aircraft, vandalism and hail.
Prior to Natasha’s employment with J.S. Held, she worked on a variety of NYC commercial assignments as a project engineer for a Construction Management Company.
