Summary of Experience:
Robin’s career has centered on the practice of structural engineering while specializing in existing structures, forensic investigations, and building related codes and standards. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida. Her practice has encompassed design, analysis, research and expert testimony.
Robin serves as Chairman of ASTM Subcommittee E58.06 on Forensic Structural Engineering as well as the Chairman of the Education Committee for the National Academy of Forensic Engineers. She also volunteers as a Structures Specialist with Hillsborough County Fire Rescue and the state of Florida’s Urban Search & Rescue Program.
