Susan MacKinney has been affiliated with J.S. Held since 1992. Susan works from the Philadelphia office supporting executives and consultants throughout the company in a variety of ways. She provides clerical support, event planning, employee training, and meeting and conference coordination company wide. Susan supports the CAT Team executives and in-field staff and coordinates lodging, car rentals, and travel concerns, as well as file set-up and daily scheduling during catastrophes. Susan sits on several committees and serves as a trainer, super-user, and works on the company wide implementation of systems and programs designed and implemented by J.S. Held.
