Thomas G. Ingersoll is an industry professional with more than 10 years of experience specializing in emergency response management, disaster recovery, and building reconstruction services. Before joining the J.S. Held team, Tom’s field experience included emergency response, comprehensive damage assessment, mitigation and additional loss prevention, biohazard and hazmat remediation, restoration, and reconstruction services. Tom has performed work on various residential, commercial, industrial, and marine large loss assignments involving emergency services, project management and planning, document review, scheduling and analysis, construction drawing takeoff, and cost estimation.
Tom is certified in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration, and Fire & Smoke Restoration by the IICRC, and has been directly involved in emergency response efforts for natural disaster events such as Hurricane Sandy, Hurricane Irene, Hurricane Joaquin, and the 2011 Virginia earthquake.
