Summary of Experience:

Tim is a Licensed Architect (AIA), a Building Forensics Expert, and a Registered Exterior Wall (REWC) Consultant providing property condition and defect assessment, standard of care analysis, and Building Envelope Commissioning. He also uses his design experiences in a wide range of dispute resolution support situations.

Prior to J.S. Held, Tim was Chief Operations Officer at Construction Process Solutions, Ltd., he also supported in project representation and management engagements, including providing constructability reviews and facility assessments. Tim started his career with a national architectural firm, working on hospitality, municipal, educational, retail, assisted living, and multi-unit residential projects. While at that firm, Tim worked in design and document production, but focused on project delivery and administration.

Tim is a former adjunct professor at Northern Kentucky University in construction technology department instructing “Construction Materials” and “Design-Build” and provides training on many topics, including project management and building envelope related subjects.
