As J.S. Held Assistant Vice President, Violetta Cisotto specializes in providing construction consulting, property loss, site management, and project management services. She has 30 years of experience in the construction industry, responsible for performing and managing damage assessments, construction defect claims, claim evaluations, job site progress monitoring, construction consulting, and loss consulting.
Violetta’s previous assignments include the critical planning of the construction of a J6 compound on NKAIA NATO, various highly classified projects enabling complete communication throughout Afghanistan for the U.S. military, and project scheduling for the construction of the Port of New Orleans major truck route.
During her time in the 335th US Army, Violetta had responsibility for multi-million dollar contracts, creating project schedules and overseeing logistics during ongoing war conditions. She has supported assignments throughout the United States, as well as Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia. She makes sound decisions for high-profile assignments and situations, efficiently directing and coordinating human and material resources throughout the life of the project.
Violetta received the Medal of Excellence from the 335th US Army for dedication to projects under duress of war. She received a Letter of Recommendation for professionalism and steadfast dedication. She is proficient in several languages, including Italian, Arabic, Icelandic, Danish, and English.
