William Lafferty is a seasoned project manager with nearly two decades in the construction industry. With a career spanning concrete, heavy civil work, and general contracting, the scope of William’s estimating and project management experience allows him to perform a variety of consulting services. Skilled in creating reliable and accurate cost estimates, William has a proven bid history of one-million-dollar plus commercial and industrial concrete projects and completion of a 150-million-dollar industrial contract among other high value projects.
William is a lifelong Arkansan and veteran in the local construction community, having cultivated many relationships throughout the industry. Prior to joining J.S. Held, William served as a Superintendent for a concrete construction firm overseeing plans and schedules while resolving conflicts and ensuring plan, specification, and local code conformance. Further, he spent many years as a Project Manager for general and civil contractors while also creating and maintaining GPS models and equipment and overseeing surveying activities. His prior experience also includes creating Autodesk Revit models, drawing plans and specifications and creating scope/bid packages for construction of new and renovated structures.
