For our IT department, digital transformation and rapid organizational growth present challenges and tremendous opportunities.
Our IT infrastructure has remained nimble over the years as the size of the firm, our geographic presence, and service offerings have expanded. We have developed and implemented technologies and processes focused on business and client value, scalability, resiliency, and adaptability to evolving internal and external dynamics (i.e., location-independent work, and technological advancements).
Acquisitions have been a catalyst for the organization’s growth. From an IT integration standpoint, our focus is making sure teams are introduced to our environment with a customer-focused approach. It’s important for us to understand their landscape and how we can effectively integrate them into a larger organization. Our primary goal is to provide relevant technology options, experiences, and support.

Within our IT department, we have developers, data experts, and end-user support specialists dedicated to providing our business functions with the tools, training, and insights needed to operate at a high level.
