o PM contacts property owner/resident to inquire: (on multi-family properties this must be repeated for every residence that we may have to make entry in to)

o If occupants are not available when called, these questions will need to be asked and the information completed by the consultant when they reach the property (prior to making entry into any occupied residence)

o This process is driven through prompts and sent to our COVID-19 safety team
